Mishal graduated from Rawalpindi Medical College, Pakistan, in 2011, and was one of the pioneer trainees in Emergency Medicine in Pakistan. Mishal further developed expertise in the field through an exchange scholarship program to Ireland. She attained specialist registration in Emergency Medicine through the alternative pathway in 2024.

Mishal has a special interest in teaching and training and is an active part of the department's ultrasound program and weekly paediatric simulation initiatives. She brings a comprehensive hands-on approach to Emergency Medicine.
